This was not not favourite movie. It started out interesting and I thought it might be something like a Downton Abby or Elizabeth style British movie. But then it took a strange twist and became more about homosexuality and mean girls. It just felt more like a movie where the director wanted to be strange instead of good. The acting was good until it got weird and then the acting became a caricature. The movie has been nominated for best picture because it is a movie that feeds into the world Hollywood loves.
