2 Corinthians 5:20 says; “We are therefore Christ’s Ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.”
To be an Ambassador for Christ is to represent Christ by living a True Christian Life. Jesus told us what we are to do to show people what a Christian is.
Forgive: If you are slapped on one cheek, you should turn the other cheek.
Love: Love your enemies.
Pay our Taxes: Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's.
Serve Others: Jesus came to serve and not to be served.
Fast in Praise: We should fast not in sadness, but with joy.
Do Not Judge: Do not judge unless you are to be judge.
Do Not Swear: Do not swear by the land or by God.
Tell The World: Jesus has told us to go and make disciples.
Being an Ambassador for Christ is not always easy, but it is what we are all called to do. Let us look for ways that we can be more like Christ, so when others look at us they will see Christ in our lives.
About Me
- Chuck Baker
- Chuck Baker is Right! Well, I am. What I mean is that my friends always joke that I’m always right (or at least I think I am). The thing is I don’t say anything, unless I know I’m right. So it's not that I’m right about everything, but usually when I speak I know what I’m talking about. My dad always said, “Don’t speak unless you know your right.” This blog includes many subjects like religion, politics, business, movies, sports, and more.
