Ronald Reagan once said of the Cold War that the way to end it is “We win, they lose.” No matter the type of war you are in the only way it will ever truly end is when one side loses and another side wins. If we want to win the War on Terror we must track down and kill every terrorist and terrorist organization. We can't negotiate with terrorists and we can't let them control other nations. We can win the War on Terror if we do not give up.
