The view of this movie is that banks are evil, because they put people in debt. The movie is about a mega bank that is involved in international arms trading to control third world debt. Clive Owen is the star of this movie, but the story make is so that you really could care less about what happens to his character or any of the other characters. The movie give away too much of the plot too fast. It was easy to see what was going to happen next, and I just didn’t care. I don’t recommend this movie.
I give this movie a D+.
