I wish these politicians had kept this Stimulus more simple.
1. $1 trillion given to every American over the age of 18 making less than $1 million. That would be about 250 million people getting $4000 each.
2. $1 trillion to businesses to pay bills, rent, debts, payroll, and benefits. I would make any company taking the money use it to pay for benefits like health insurance for all furloughed employees. And the money can't be used for bonuses for executives, stock buy backs, or stock dividends. For companies with less than 500 employees they get the money for free. They just have to keep 75% of employees through 2020. Companies with more than 500 but less than 10,000 employees get an interest free loan, but must keep 85% of employees through 2020. Companies with over 10,000 employees get loans for just 2% interest and must keep 90% of employees through 2020.
