Chuck Baker is Right! Well, I am. What I mean is that my friends always joke that I’m always right (or at least I think I am). The thing is I don’t say anything, unless I know I’m right. Invite, Confirm, & Follow-Up

Invitation:

Invite them to meet the manager. Invite them back for a special event. Invite them to an event for top customers. Invite them to share a referral (You just helped them and they will want to share with you those they care about and work with). Invite them to be apart of the Your Retail Store family. Invite them to join your rewards program. It doesn't matter what you invite them to as long as it is positive and helps the relationship.

Conformation

Let the customer know they made a good decision. Offer a hand shake. Thank the customer. Make the customer feel special and let them know that you appreciate their business.

Follow-Up:

If you have something that you must do to finish the sale do it as soon as possible and never over promise something you can’t deliver. Remember the famous rule for happy customers, “Under Promise and Over Deliver.”
