So I love old movies and this was one I've always wanted to see and I hate to say I was disappointed. It isn't bad, but I don't see why it is considered one of the greatest of all time. It spends too much time in the beginning telling me about Kane instead of showing me who he was and why I should care. You find out at the end that the actors were all first time actors and that was obvious. The acting was very poor. I still found it somewhat interesting and wouldn't call it boring. it just didn't feel like a masterpiece.
