Biden got 81 million votes and Trump got 74 million votes. Biden won 509 counties, while Trump won 2,547 counties. Biden won 16.7% of counties. That represents a record-low for a winning presidential candidate. In 2012, Obama won with 689 counties or 22%. Before that in 2008 with he won with just 28% of counties. Biden doesn't represent America, but just voters in big cities.
Big cities are deciding our elections and unless Republicans can find a way to flip more major cities they will not be able to win another presidential election. Fact is most voters don't care about policies or accomplishments. They vote for the person they think is "nice." Trump wasn't "nice" in most people's eyes, so they voted for a guy that is both corrupt and clueless. But Biden is good old uncle Joe, so he seems like a nice guy. Republicans will need to run a candidate that is both "nice," but also stands on principles and sound policies.
