I love baseball. Growing up I played baseball every summer in little league and in my back yard. I collected baseball cards and still have them today. The problem with the whole steroids in baseball is that at the time everyone was taking something. Also MLB knew about it and did nothing. I’m not saying that is okay, because it’s not. I hate that these guys were all juiced up, but that was then and this is now. Baseball is now doing the testing and the games is getting cleaned up. MLB is not going to take away Barry Bonds records or Mark McGuire’s homeruns, so what is the point of getting upset. And what's the point of keeping guys out of the Hall of Fame if we have no clear evidence that a player was using steroids. I go to at least one major league and one minor league game a year and it’s great. There is nothing like watching baseball and a warm summer afternoon. My enjoyment has nothing to do with who might or might not be on the juice. I don’t even think about it. Let us just PLAY BALL!
About Me
- Chuck Baker
- Chuck Baker is Right! Well, I am. What I mean is that my friends always joke that I’m always right (or at least I think I am). The thing is I don’t say anything, unless I know I’m right. So it's not that I’m right about everything, but usually when I speak I know what I’m talking about. My dad always said, “Don’t speak unless you know your right.” This blog includes many subjects like religion, politics, business, movies, sports, and more.
