This is the movie about Doctor Gosnell a man that killed a woman in his care, ran an unclean clinic, and did thousands of illegal late-term abortions. The movie really focuses more on the case and the trial. It isn't a movie about how abortion is wrong, but how abortion should be safe, rare, and done in a legal way. The movie isn't really pro-life or pro-choice, but about a man that used abortion to fill his psychopathic need to kill. The acting is okay, with Dean Cain giving the best performance. The story is power and it feels like a horror movie in many ways. Overall a good movie.
